Tuesday Tip: Adding Comments to a Sale in Microsoft RMS & NCR CounterPoint

Tuesday Tip: Microsoft RMS Store Operations and NCR CounterPoint both allow you to add comments to a specific transaction. Very helpful when needing to record a note or comment specific to one transaction. “Ctrl” + “F10” is the shortcut key in Microsoft RMS and NCR CounterPoints can use the “Zoom” function.

Note that NCR CounterPoint has quite a few different methods when it comes to notes or comments about a specific transaction – be sure to consult the users guide, help screen, or your NCR CounterPoint partner for help.
