JUUL Retail Access Control Standards (RACS) - Microsoft RMS

If you are, or plan to be, a JUUL retailer then you have likely received notification about JUUL's Retail Access Control Standards (RACS). As this pertains specifically to the point of sale software used in your store, here are 2 quick videos showing how to set up the Microsoft Dynamics RMS point of sale software to be RACS compliant:

Note that RMS does set purchase limits on a daily basis per customer so you will have to create multiple default customers to use throughout the day or create new customers at the POS as needed.

You may also want to take a look at the Cloud Retailer software which is RACS compliant and a direct replacement for Microsoft RMS.  Cloud Retailer is also a proven solution for liquor, tobacco, vape, and cannabus retailers.
