Open Tech Support Position with RITE

A quick note that RITE is looking to add another Level 2 Technical Support Rep to our team. This position will involve working out of our main office in Sartell, MN (near St, Cloud, MN).

If you are up to the challenge of proving superior technical support and training for retailers, please visit: Our normal business hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm central time but we offer 24/7 support so you must be able to be available for work outside of normal business hours.

Pay is dependent on experience. A background in retail managment, SQL, and retail point of sale systems is very helpful!
