- your location (city and state - US only, please)
- your business name and contact information
- which point of sale system you are using
- why the place you bought your point of sale from can not help you
- what sort of help you need (tech support/new licenses/upgrade/new hardware/etc)
The reason for # 4 is a safeguard against people who owe a company money attempting to obtain support from someone else.
While I don't know every dealer/partner for every point of sale system, I do maintain a contact list of the partners and dealers that I trust so do visit my contact page for information on how to reach me for this type of information.
Note that this also applies if you are considering a specific point of sale system and want to know who to buy the system from.
