  1. Hello Kevin,
I'm/was and RMS reseller and consultant and I developed an CRM application that integrates tightly with RMS. I have recently been considering alternatives for RMS to leverage my investment in the CRM app that I developed and that's how I came across your blog. Your blog have been enormously helpful and opened my eyes to the many options while saving me a lot of time.
I'm writing just to say thank you for the blog and for your generous spirit.
    Best regards

    1. Thanks Walid for taking the time to comment! My personal experience has been that many POS programs are lacking in true CRM so you likely have some great opportunities for POS software users that need true integrated CRM and not just basic customer information tracking.

    1. Glad to help - $5000 is a lot for a small chain!

  3. Kevin, I'm semi tech/computer illiterate, but I'd like to save myself money and build out my own pos terminals for my 7 terminal garden center. Is this something you can give me guidance on, especially system requirements?
    Thanks, KM
