Dedicated Tech Pricing
Would you like to have a dedicated technical point of contact at RITE? With standard support, you work with our entire team, with dedicated support you’ll have a single technical point of contact on our level 2 technical team, on an ongoing basis.

Silver - $1,499 per month
Up to 15 hours of service per month. Any unused services will rollover to the next month and expire if not used in the next month. Services rendered in excess of the base 15 hours services are charged at a rate of $96 per hour. Your point of contact will have no more than 2 other dedicated customers.

Gold - $5,999 per month
Up to 60 hours of service per month. Any unused services will rollover to the next month and expire if not used in the next month. Services rendered in excess of the base 60 hours services are charged at a rate of 94 per hour. Your point of contact will have no other dedicated customers – you will be their highest priority, always.

*First and last month of service required to be paid at the beginning of contact.
